PERMISSION LICENCE LETTER

I hereby give you exclusive permission to use the work mentioned above on the following terms:

PAYMENT is due fourteen days following publication, publication date is defined as the first date on which the title above is offered for general sale.  Permission is granted without limitation to format, language, retail pricing, territory, electronic delivery/read only, revisions, alterations or other editorial control, for a period of ______________ from the date of this agreement.  I also undertake not to publish this work elsewhere for the duration of this licence.

ROYALTY PAYMENTS: For sales from the publishers own website (s) or other marketing activities, a royalty payment of _______________ per copy sold shall be payable, excluding refunds, if applicable.

For sales via affiliated/agent websites or other marketing activities, a payment of ______________ per copy sold shall be payable, excluding refunds, if applicable.

All payments will become due thirteen weeks from the date of publication and will continue at thirteen week intervals for the duration of this licence.  Payment of royalty fees shall take place within fourteen days of payment due date.  A copy of relevant sales data will be provided with all payments.

In signing this Permission Licence Letter you warrant that you are the sole owner of the rights granted and that your material does not infringe upon the copyright or other rights of anyone.

Full acknowledgement and copyright ownership statements will be made to the author on all publications.
