TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All researcher-writers who are awarded projects will operate totally on a freelance basis.
- Any expenses incurred, and not agreed in advance, and in writing by Freeway Publishing Ltd, will remain the responsibility of the freelancer.
- Personal taxation, National Insurance, etc., remain the full responsibility of the individual researcher-writer.

Where a fee for research and/or writing has been agreed in writing between the parties, this will be paid by the company to the freelancer within fourteen days of publication, the publication date being the first date on which the product is offered for general sale. Agreed expenses will be reimbursed also at that same time.

Royalty payments, where agreed in writing between Freeway Publishing and the researcher-writer, will become due thirteen weeks from the date of first publication and will continue at thirteen week intervals until the date specified in each individual arrangement.

Royalty payments due against verifiable sales results will be paid within fourteen days of due date.

Payments will only be made subject to the following conditions:

The work submitted is of the required standard .

| - | A license to reproduce, amend, market and sell the product unconditionally and without restriction has been granted by the researcher-writer to Freeway Publishing Ltd. Click here.

Freeway Publishing Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any unsolicited manuscripts, documents or other materials submitted to the company at any time. |
